Consumer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Architect

Texas Health Resources is looking for top skilled CIAM Architect. Is that you?

Work location: Texas Health Resources, Remote – Must live in DFW or be willing to relocate. Required to attend in person meetings at corporate office in Arlington.

Work hours: Full Time Days (8:00am – 5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week.

Here’s What You Need

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field, or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree. (Required)

· 7 years experience in Identity and Access Management technologies (Required) and

· 3 years experience in ForgeRock covering planning, architecture, design, implementations, integrations, and migrations for CIAM use cases (Preferred) and

· 2 years in major application experience in a large-scale user and/or healthcare environment. (Preferred)

· ForgeRock CIAM Tools Certification (Preferred)

What You Will Do

The Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) Architect is responsible to lead architecture to define and drive the Consumer Identity and Access Management solution at THR. The position focuses on Technical Leadership, understanding business requirements and translating to architecture specifications to low-level component design and identify customizations for implementation. As a technical leader the architect will do code reviews, coach developers and engineers, document and develop standards and best practices. The Architect will assume ownership of CIAM solution, integration and work closely with teams and other THR architects to complete development and customization tasks. Interact and communicate with application teams on systems integration tasks, dependencies, and troubleshooting issues.

· Provide & lead the overall CIAM technical architecture expertise and managing various CIAM environments.

· Create the CIAM technical architecture design and solutions to enable the business architecture and requirements, collaborating with the developers, Administrators, Engineers, and Architects.

· Lead technical design sessions with the development teams to create detailed design specifications, ensuring that architecture standards are followed.

· Lead technical requirements gathering and/or design workshops for complex projects.

· Develop data integration, migration, and deployment strategies.

· Lead Proof of Concepts and technical solutioning.

· Maintain accountability for technical designs all the way to deployment and on-going.

· Collaborate with other ITS technical leaders and provides technical and architectural guidance for various existing and planned CIAM applications and service delivery including platforms, middleware, 3rd party services, and databases.

· Collaborate with the Enterprise Solution Architects & other application Architects (Including contractors) regarding technical architecture.
