Salary: Min: $109,532/year - Max: $174,137/year, depending on experience
IMPLEMENT AN EXCEPTIONAL USER EXPERIENCE ACROSS ALL TEXAS DIGITAL PROPERTIES - INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL
Oversee strategic implementation of site enhancements aimed at improving UX. Use site analytics to drive strategic decisions and create a
culture where data-driven decisions are the norm. Create simple and intuitive interfaces and interactivity for digital consumers. Lead research activities to understand consumer needs and opportunities for improvement. Oversee coordination with internal Marketing Strategists and Account Mangers to implement UX strategy in to all initiatives. Innovate and push digital strategy across all communication disciplines.
DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGIES TO DRIVE VOLUME GROWTH AND MARKET SHARE
Create and implement a defined digital marketing strategy that unites all digital and social assets. Create strategic marketing campaigns that take full advantage of THR and THPG’s large digital footprint. Create an culture where digital strategy is completely integrated with marketing and communications work. Establish and maintain a digital identity for THR and THPG digital assets that upholds brand standards. Use predictive models to shape strategy and decision making process. Report learnings to key stakeholder groups and advise on digital strategy across all communication disciplines.
SERVE AS DIGITAL MARKETING EXPERT FOR DIVISION-WIDE STRATEGIC PLANNING
In concert with Marketing Strategists and key Brand Experience team members participate in organizational strategic planning effort to ensure strong digital strategy in key marketing and internal stakeholder initiatives. Educate and train staff on digital best practices. Facilitate division-vision wide participation in key digital initiatives.
LEAD DIGITAL INNOVATION INITIATIVES
Ensure that THR and THPG properties are optimized for new technologies (touchscreen devices, smartphones and interactive displays). Pilot new strategies to drive volume, build loyalty and improve patient and consumer satisfaction. Assume leadership role in mobile strategy development for both consumers and employees, collaborate with IT to ensure alignment and agreement on approach. Monitor industry trends and take organizational role as digital expert.
MANAGE MULTI-FUNCTIONAL DIGITAL AND CRM TEAM
Mange Customer Relationship Management team and provide support on strategies for data acquisition, execution of marketing initiatives and management of contact database. Manage creative design for digital properties including partnering with internal stakeholders and outside creative agencies on digital advertising campaigns, creative design and content development. Bring renewed focus of UX and analytics to employee portal, MyTexasHealth make data-driven decisions to improve site
usage and user retention.
Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business, or related field.
Master's Degree Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
8 Years Related experience required
Strong executive presence and negotiation skills; proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Strong relationship, leadership and team-building skills, along with commitment to a collaborative environment. Staff management experience required. Strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to work with all levels of staff (executive, front-line, trustees and physicians) and function effectively in a fast-paced environment. Persuasive and adept at offering alternative solutions to achieve the most effective outcomes, with the ability to sell through ideas. Strong focus on strategic imperatives including, but not limited to, volume trends, payor mix, market nuances, competitive threats, key physicians, and strategic priorities for the growth and success of entities, physician practices and the system. Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written. Knowledge of health care industry, hospitals, physician practices and business trends and applicability to digital platforms. Results-oriented and exhibits strong attention to detail . Visionary and innovator willing to take calculated risks to improve internal and external engagement. Strong mentor and coach, committed to building bench strength across the division. Proficient in project management software and dedicated to its consistent use. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
