Texas Health Resources EVP Zone Operations Leader in Arlington, Texas
•The dyad is responsible for execution of system strategies, tactics and action plans.
•The dyad is jointly responsible for leading the zone’s transformation and evolution to a patient centered, population health managed, physician partnered, clinically integrated accountable organization.
•The dyad are members of the senior leadership team. As such, they participate in the development of overarching system strategies and measures of success. Participation in strategic development includes how to attract and deploy key talent, information systems solutions, design process for care models, the brand experience, innovations, medical staff and physician engagement models, standards of care, population and disease management approaches.
•The dyad is responsible for acquiring and communicating competitor and market intelligence; local operations and governance; accelerating the identification and spread of better practices; deploying tactics that support system strategies; reducing variation, improving ease of use and integrating and deploying system standard practices and processes.
•The dyad should inspire understanding and execution of a culture of shared leadership and accountability across the continuum of services. They should be high energy champions.
Masters degree in Health Administration or other health related field, Management, or Business. Diplomat or Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives preferred. Progressive administrative/operations experience for a minimum of ten years with at least five years in a complex multiple facility hospital organization and/or integrated delivery network is required. The ideal candidate will also possess experience in the pre / post acute care settings. Must have knowledge and understanding of issues facing the delivery of healthcare across the continuum of services.
