Financial Compliance Analyst II

  • Department: Financial Compliance

  • Work hours: Full Time (40 Hours); Day Shift; Monday – Friday, 08:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Salary range: $35.19 – $52.03 per hour (based on relevant experience)

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required.

Experience:

  • 3 years Accounting, Auditing, and/or Financial Analysis experience required.

  • Internal or external auditing experience a plus.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • CPA – Certified Public Accountant preferred upon hire Or

  • CIA – Certified Internal Auditor preferred upon hire

Position Responsibilities: This position implements risk management strategies and works with different parts of the organization to track adherence to compliance policies and standards in accordance to IAA standards and COSO framework. This role utilizes an understanding of laws and regulations to provide recommendations to functions on how to address business impacts.

In addition to the required qualifications, a successful Financial Compliance Analyst II will:

  • Reviews periodic monitoring of identified controls, analyzes trends, and provides recommendations.

  • Implements financial compliance standards and risk management strategies in accordance to IAA standards and COSO framework.

  • Conducts internal audit activities; addresses issues through resolution.

  • Applies understanding of laws and regulations to address business impacts.

  • Supports all activities required to complete fraud investigations.

Additional Essential Functions:

  • Executes the day-to-day operations of the audit plan, including work related to the THR external audits, and federal single audit; mitigate issues through resolution as needed

  • Assist with the monthly and quarterly certification process and resulting communication to leadership.

  • Provides support on special projects to Financial Compliance leadership.
