HCM Peoplesoft Technical Developer Sr

Position Highlights

  • Work location: Hybrid – Corporate Office 613 E Lamar Blvd, Arlington Texas. Must live in DFW or surrounding areas or be willing to relocate. Will work in office a couple of days a week.

  • Work environment: ERP Solutions

  • Work hours: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm – On call rotation every three months for 2 weeks.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. (4 years relevant work experience in lieu of a degree required)

Experience

  • 6 years PeopleSoft HCM 9.0+ environments and / or Oracle Cloud ERP products required

  • Candidates should demonstrate a combination of proficiencies in multiple areas such as Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, HR, Payroll, Time and Labor within the HCM environment required.

  • Experience with new implementations, general support and custom development a Plus

License/Certification

  • PMP – Project Manager Professional Certification upon hire preferred.

Position Responsibilities : Provide support and direction of activities for ERP systems from technical perspectives to address evolving company ERP requirements. This includes but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain and Asset Management within the FSCM environment and Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management and Workforce Administration within the HCM environment. Also includes support for base ERP cloud products, such as EPBCS and OTAC, as well as 3rd party, cloud-based applications.

  • Develop, test, and implement workflow within ERP suite of applications, as designed from information gleaned from partnership with the ERP Process Development Teams, resulting in highly effective, paperless, automated, workflow driven, logic based ERP transactions, while complying with the THR and ERP change management protocols and practices.

  • Maintain and improve previously developed workflows in the post-development environment.

  • Provide troubleshooting support for the ERP suite of applications.

  • Develop, troubleshoot and maintain 3rd party integrations.

  • Monitor and report to management the status of development efforts, anticipating and identifying issues that inhibit the attainment of goals and implement corrective actions.
