Work location: 612 E Lamar Blvd, Arlington, TX 76011

Work hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Onsite work required Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Here’s What You Need

Education

• Bachelor's Degree Finance or related field is required

Experience

• 2 Years Finance or investment related experience is required

What You Will Do

• Prepares periodic accounting and performance reporting, as well as tracking and management of commitments, exposures, allocations, and general state of all private market investments. Reports are provided to THR Accounting, and other internal customers on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Plays a key role in response to year end audit documentation requests.

• Assists with execution, management, documentation, and reporting of private market investments of the organization. Assists with performing due diligence on potential private market opportunities and to maintain all related documentation, statements, and activity reports on THR's private market investments.

• Assists the Investment Team with various technology related platforms to update and maintain private market inputs and documentation. Includes monthly reconciliation of custodian reports to reports provided by the general partners and THRs investment consultant.

• Prepares additional custom reports and analysis at the direction of department leadership to support operations.
