Texas Health Resources Pharmacy Tech I REG CSO PRN in Arlington, Texas

Texas Health Central Staffing Office seeks to hire a Registered Pharmacy Tech to work PRN at multiple facilities with in Texas Health Resources.

Salary range is Min. $16.40/hr to Max. $24.07/hr – based on relevant experience

Work Schedule

PRN (as needed); working rotating hours and shifts.

Service & Culture: This position is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation, delivery storage of medications, including (when appropriate) the use of technology to do so.

Quality & Safety: This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy of one's own work as well as the maintenance of required competencies, certifications, registration and other documentation. This position must reflect consistently departmental Quality Improvement and Patient Safety standards, programs and initiatives.

Growth Integration: This position is responsible for the ongoing professional development of one's own self and peers including demonstrating situational leadership and remaining in a constant learning and teaching state.

People Partnership: This position is responsible for role modeling teamwork and advancing employee partnership, including actively recognizing excellence and improvement from coworkers, in addition to holding one's self and others accountable for high quality and efficient teamwork between the pharmacy technician and other healthcare providers.

Finance & Stewardship: This position is responsible not only for the management of one's own time but shares the responsibility for minimizing pharmaceutical costs (including wastages) and discovering new process efficiencies.

Other: This position is responsible for various responsibilities that advance the mission of the Pharmacy Department.
