Texas Health Resources PRN SADU/PACU Nurse Needed At Arlington Memorial in Arlington, Texas


Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital , a Magnet facility is looking to fill their full time Pre Op/Post Op/Surgical Admit Discharge/PACU Unit position to work PRN in their Heart Hospital.

Required minimum education:

*Graduate of a NLN (National League of Nursing) or CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education) accredited nursing programs.

*For RNs hired after Jan 2014 completion of BSN within 3 years of THR RN start date as defined in offer letter.

*Effective Dec 2015 RNs hired or transferring in THR completion of BSN within 2 years.

*BSN preferred upon hire.

Required license/certification:

*Current AHA BLS and ACLS training

*A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications:

*1 year experience in Nursing as an RN on a Post Anesthesia Care, ICU, or ED unit in an acute care hospital setting or completion of RN Residency program.

Preferred Qualifications:

*Minimum of 2 years Experience in PACU or ICU

*Certification in Post Anesthesia Nursing desirable

*BSN (Required within 2 years of hire date)


*CAPA or CPAN a plus



*8:30 AM-7:00 PM with some 11AM-7PM

*Weekend Call Rotation Required
