Full Time: 1 st Shift 40 hours

SALARY: Commensurate with experience
$29.82 - $47.91 per hour
Provides oversight of department strategy related to analytics and responsible for the development and implementation of the Community Health Needs Assessment across the Texas Health system.
Performs complex data analysis in support of community health strategies. Able to evaluate internal and external data to assess and predict community trends and opportunities for intervention.
Develop methodologies/protocols to acquire, manage, manipulate and analyze data related to community health strategy.
Gathers and processes data related to CH strategies to ensure strategies are trending toward meeting objectives.
Uses advanced software applications e.g. spreadsheets, graphics, databases to collect, manipulate and report outcomes for CH strategies to key stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree Population Health, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field. Required or
Master's Degree Population Health, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field. Preferred
5 Years Relevant experience in a related field with a Bachelor's degree. Required
3 Years Relevant experience in a related field with a Master's degree. Preferred
Proficient in the manipulation and use of large and complex databases. Experience creating queries and performing data validation and verification. Some experience with reporting tools that work with SQL Server (ie. Crystal Reports) and experience writing and developing reports is desired. Possess a strong knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint including experience with relational database design. Excellent computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Ability to learn and master other computer technology/software programs as needed. Solid problem solving and analysis skills that demonstrate resourcefulness and attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively. Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and adhere to priorities with minimal direct supervision. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proven mathematical skills to collect manipulate and analyze financial or statistical data. Good project management and organization skills.
