Work location: Texas Health Resources – 612 East Lamar Blvd, Arlington Tx 76011; Position will work remotely; Must reside in the State of Texas.
Work hours: Full Time (40 Hour) Day Shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, position works remotely 4 days per week

Here’s What You Need
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Clinical field, Business, or related field. 4 Years Related experience in lieu of a degree. (Required)
5 Years’ Experience in project management required including experience in creating requirements, project plans, project schedules, and driving projects to key dates. 4 years’ experience in an information technology or healthcare environment preferred. (Required)
2 years’ experience equating to hands-on SAFe agile application in a large organization (Highly preferred)
Experience managing Agile teams at the portfolio, program and team level in a large enterprise wit applied knowledge of major, minor, and emergency releases (Highly preferred)
PMP - Project Management Professional Certification required within 90 Days
Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master required 90 Days
What You Will Do
Resource Management and Project Delivery
Engage the appropriate resource managers to determine the proper team resources needed for each project
Negotiate the required resource hours and availability for all resources on the project team
Proactively track the resource usage within each project and manages projected to actual hours variances with the resource managers
Develop relationships with the project resources and resource managers to ensure cooperation when resource availability issues arise
Risk and Issue Management
Lead the project team to identify any risks to the projects including internal, external, and environmental risks
Document, address, and monitors project risks
Manage the process to assess the potential impact and probability of the identified risks.
Develop action plans to address project issues including ownership assignment, due dates, vendor management and stakeholder communication
Lead the project team to determine communications requirements outside of the project that are needed due to the impacts of the project to those outside the project team
Appropriately manages issue escalation through the project team chain of command and the ITS chain of command with assistance from direct management when needed
