Texas Health Resources Registered Nurse - Neuro Intermediate Care Unit - Full Time Nights in Arlington, Texas

Texas Health Arlington seeks to hire a Registered Nurse II to work full-time (36 hours) in the Neuro Intermediate Care Unit.

Position Highlights

• Work location: Texas Health Arlington 800 W. Randol Mill Road TX 76012

• Work environment: Neuro Intermediate Car

• Work hours: Day shift; full-time (36 hours); 7:00 PM-7:00 PA; 12 hour shift; every other weekend

• sign-on bonus for eligible RNs (eligible upon hire with a signed retention agreement)

Night shift; full-time (36 hours); 7:00 PM-7:00 AM; 12 hour shift; every other weekend

Education

Associate's Degree Nursing

Req

Bachelor's Degree Nursing Pref

Experience

1 Year Experience as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency program Req

Licenses and Certifications

RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Req And

BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req And

CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training 60 Days Req And

ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Req

Skills
