Associate's Degree Nursing RNs hired after January 2017.
Require completion of BSN within 2 years of start date.
RNs hired between January 2014 and December 2016 require completion of BSN within 3 years of start date.
Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred.
1 Year Experience as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency program.
1 Year Experience in specialty area within the last 3 years preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
RN - Registered Nurse upon hire.
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support Expiration date greater than 3 months preferred upon hire.
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support prior to clinical work performed 30 days.
NIHSS - National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification prior to clinical work performed 30 days.
CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training 60 days.
