Senior Decision Support Analyst- Physician Enterprise

Work location: 612 E Lamar Blvd. Arlington, TX 76011- Remote hybrid position. Must be local to DFW

Work hours: Full Time 40 hours a week. Flexible scheduled Monday through Friday

Here’s What You Need

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, a quantitative discipline, or related field is required

  • Master's Degree Business, Finance, a quantitative discipline, or related field is preferred

  • 5 Years Relevant financial analysis experience is required

  • 2 Years Experience in healthcare and specifically in physician practice operations is preferred

  • Healthcare or physician practice experience is a plus

What You Will Do

  • Assists leadership in the review of physician services requests coordinating with the entity, Finance and Channel leadership ensuring requests are complete, accurate and in ready form for SPAN committee review. This includes concept, strategy, market and financial content for workforce planning, physician leadership/medical direction, coverage services, and other physician services agreements.

  • Management and maintenance of resource databases. Coordinate with Compliance, Accounting, Entity Operations and outside vendors to obtain all physician contracts, payment data, and external benchmark survey data routinely.

  • Support assigned service line operational and financial analytics providing reporting and outcomes as requested.

  • Coordinate with entity leaders and Strategy to reconcile SPAN requests with Market Dashboard and Capacity Dashboard ensuring volumes and physician needs are supported.

  • Ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed.

  • Evaluate success of physician recruitments through lookback and analysis communicate results to Finance leadership
