SPL AMB ITS OPERATIONS

Qualifications

Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent required And

  • Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or relevant field preferred.

Experience

  • 3 years IT support role operating IT systems required

License/Certifications

  • MCSA - Microsoft Certified System Administrator within 6 months preferred And

  • SSLP - Six Sigma Lean Professional within 6 months preferred And

  • CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional within 12 months preferred.

Position Responsibilities : This position is responsible for analyzing, developing, recommending, and implementing IT solutions of moderate complexity on an entity-wide project basis or for specific existing, onboarding or terminating clinics. This position is also responsible for server management including security patching, hardware installation and maintenance, backups, P2V, and data migration tasks in a multi-user networked and integrated computing environment.

  • Analyze and develop IT solutions, on an individual entity or project basis, involving moderately complex applications, data handling, device functionality, data backup and information security for specific existing, onboarding or terminating clinics.

  • Implement IT solutions, on an individual entity or project basis, involving applications, data handling, device functionality, data backup and information security for specific existing, onboarding or terminating clinics.

  • Work with ITS teams, Business Development, and Operations teams to assess IT needs.

  • Coordinate with resources from various ambulatory departments including: Clinic Integration, Networking, THPG Service Desk, THPG Field Services and Telecom teams as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. Status reporting, PWA, documentation, and communication with outside departments.

Skills :

  • Excellent verbal and written skills.

  • Ability to learn quickly and retain information; strong analytical capabilities needed to identify and recommend solutions to moderately complex technical issues.

  • Strong technical skills needed to implement moderately complex IT solutions.

  • Knowledge of business networking.

  • Microsoft Office products and end user computer hardware.

  • Ability to interact with customers in a positive and productive manner.

  • Working knowledge of security patching,
