Work environment: The Siratt's Women's Center at Texas Health Hurst Euless Bedford (HEB) Hospital has a full-time opportunity for an experienced Labor and Delivery (L&D) RN.
Work hours: Full-time, Day shift, 3/12 hour shifts a week, 6:45 am – 7:15 pm -Self-scheduling
14 bed L&D unit and 4 bed OB ED unit with an average of 260 deliveries a month
Level II NICU
Maternal Designation and Magnet Designated
$10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible RN’s (eligible upon hire with a signed retention agreement)

Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred
Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire
BCLS – upon hire – expiration date greater than 3 months preferred
ACLS – witin 90 days of hire
NRP – within 90 days of hire
NRPA - within 90 days of hire
1 year of experience as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
Two (2) years of RN experience in L&D strongly preferred
In addition to the required qualifications, a successful RN will
Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude toward patients
possess a strong work ethic and always display a high level of professionalism
have basic computer skills using Medical management application systems
