Our Emergency Department is in need of a Registered Nurse . The ideal candidate for this position will be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Shift/hours Full time 7P-5A shift with rotating days of the week, including some weekends *
Required minimum education: BSN preferred. RNs hired after January, 2014, require completion of BSN within 3 years of
start date. RNs hired within THR after December, 2016, require completion of BSN within 2
years of start date.
Required minimum experience: One year experience as a clinical nurse, or completion of an RN residency program, or
acceptance into a THR residency program.
Preferred experience: 2 years of ED Experience in a hospital setting
Required license/certification: Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing; Current AHA BLS and ACLS training. ENPC and TNCC within 6 months of hire. CPI and NIHSS within 90 days of hire. Required skills: A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast paced
