Texas Health Dallas is looking for a diet office representative for THD's patient meal services.
Full Time 40 hours - Variable Shifts between the hours of 6:00 am - 7:45 pm, rotating weekends and holidays.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION:
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent.
Nutrition related degree or experience in dietary field preferred.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
One year related experience preferred
Experience in diet office call center, food service or nutritional background, highly preferred
REQUIRED MINIMUM SKILLS:
Cooperative, discreet and courteous.
Good communication and organization skills.
Positive customer service attributes
Ability to work as a member of a team
Exhibits appropriate telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
Performs office tasks in an appropriate and timely manner.
Interacts with department customers professionally and promptly.
Performs other job duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
