Maintenance Specialist
Fast-paced, high volume Facilities department is looking for top skilled specialist. Is that you?
Work location: Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln. TX 75231
Work hours: Full Time – 40 Hours, Rotating Shifts - will need to have flexibility to workday, evening or night shift as needed.

Here’s What You Need
H.S Diploma or Equivalent required
3 years’ experience in a commercial or industrial environment required
Hospital Maintenance Experience
DL – Driver License Upon Hire Required
Other Healthcare Maintenance Certification Upon Hire Preferred
What You Will Do
Provide routine and specialized building repair and maintenance support for hospital, hospital equipment, and hospital properties utilizing the computerized maintenance management system
Provide technical support and general guidance to facility staff in the repair and operation of facility equipment, components, utilities.
Performs the duties of skill trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, general maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, and exterior maintenance as required. 70%
