Job Description

Provide insight, recommendations and analytics to support network management, care management, utilization management, contract management and quality improvement across the Southwestern Health Resources (SWHR) network.

Responsible for developing and extending the automated infrastructure to deliver performance reporting to all SWHR employees and member physicians.

Provide reporting support to all major areas of the clinically integrated network to ensure that there is timely and accurate distribution of contract performance, financial and operational efficiency reporting across the enterprise.

Plan the functions of the Reporting Services team to accomplish the goals of performance measurement and analytics that support SWHR clinically integrated network strategy.

Responsible for working collaboratively with business unit leaders across Southwestern Health Resources to ensure that their performance reporting needs are adequately met and that strategic initiatives receive appropriate support.

Collaborate with data warehousing, IT architecture team as well as operational experts to deliver appropriate reporting solutions in support of the SWHR strategy.

Provide direction and resources to give employees training and support needed in a way that accomplishes team and individual goals.

Monitor the plan to ensure goals are being carried out.

Evaluate the success of the plan and the allocation of employees and resources to meet the goals.

Performs other duties as assigned.


The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications

Education-Bachelor's Degree


10 Years Progressively responsible, related experience in quality performance or quality improvement analytics in a healthcare setting.


Ability to influence, facilitate, coach and mentor others to affect positive change.

Must have solid oral and written presentation skills including comfort with senior management with ability to digest diverse data and information into cohesive and succinct opportunities.

Knowledge of existing and emerging hospital and outpatient health care industry trends, practices, and requirements.

Experience in healthcare quality in public sector (e.g. government), private sector, or provider sector.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex business issues, aggregate and synthesize information and quickly identify actions required to resolve them.

Ability to think "big picture" but still maintain strong attention to details and accuracy.
