Position Highlights

  • Work location: 3000 N I-35, Denton, Texas 76201

  • Work hours: PRN, As needed- 7:30 am to 7pm, possible call after 6pm on weekdays, and call after 7pm on weekends

  • Salary range for a Radiographer is Minimum $32.32/hr. to Maximum $ 47.49/hr. – based on relevant experience

Position Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology (Required) OR Associate's Degree (Preferred)

  • Prior MRI experience (Preferred)

Required Skills

Communication, computer, and venipuncture would be highly desirable in this role to be successful

Required License/Certification

ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists R Upon Hire (Required) OR

ARDMS - American Registry for Diagnostic and Medical Sonographers Upon Hire (Required) OR

ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists MR registry 12 Months (Required) AND

CMRT - Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist Either by the TDH or TMB Upon Hire (Required) AND

BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly (Required)

Position Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Radiographer PRN are imaging procedures, maintaining quality, and processing. This includes performing complex procedures, adjusting technique parameters, and assisting with complex and invasive procedures. This position also focuses on patient care, operation of equipment and machines, and maintaining technical skills.
