· Salary range: $21.20- $33.69 (based on relevant experience)

· H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required

Experience 2 Years Hospital Pharmacy Technician Required and 1 Year Supply Chain Management Preferred Licenses and Certifications RPhT - Registered Pharmacy Technician Upon Hire Required

Skills Must be proficient in written and verbal English language communication skills, computer proficient and possess basic math skills. Job Duties

· Timely and accurate purchasing, inventory management, storage, contract compliance and (when appropriate) the use of technology to do so.

· Coordination with department and system resources to manage drug shortages, back orders, recalls and other supply chain interruptions.

· Liaison between the department and select vendors as empowered by pharmacy leadership.

· Serve as primary resource in inventory management, including regulatory compliance, communication and customer service.

· Timely and accurate preparation, delivery & storage of medications, including (when appropriate) the use of technology to do so.

· Ensuring accuracy of one's own work as well as the maintenance of required competencies, and other documentation. Must reflect consistently departmental QI and PS standards, programs and initiatives.

· Ongoing professional development and growth.

· Communicate effectively, develop working relationships and role model teamwork

· Managers own time and shares the responsibility for minimizing pharmaceutical costs (including wastage) and discovering new process efficiencies.

· Other duties as assigned.
