Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor – Cardiovascular Care – Full Time Nights (7p-7a) – Excellent Culture/Benefits – Denton

Position Highlights

  • Work location: Texas Health Denton, 3000 N I-35 Denton, TX 76201

  • Work environment: Our Cardiovascular Care Unit RN's provide care to patients that require close monitoring and frequent assessments that proactively manage life-threating/emergent cardiac and heart related situations.

  • Work hours: Full-time, 36 hours weekly, 3-12 hours shifts, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am

  • Salary range: $26.50 - $50.82 per hour (based on relevant experience)

  • Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Denton is a 255-bed, full-service hospital that has served North Texas and southern Oklahoma since 1987. Hospital services include heart and vascular care, women’s services, a Level III neonatal intensive care unit, orthopedics and sports medicine, pain management, emergency medicine, and a weight loss surgery program. Education

Associate's Degree Nursing Req

Bachelor's Degree Nursing Pref

Experience

2 Years experience as a clinical nurse with previous experience as a charge nurse or similar leadership role (i.e. Charge nurse, committee chair, preceptor) Req

Licenses and Certifications

RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Req And

BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req

NIHSS - National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification Upon Hire Req And

ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Req

Skills
