Salary range is Min $18.22/hr to Max $28.29/hr – based on relevant experience
Work Schedule is 2nd Shift - 3:00PM - 11:30PM
Job Description -
Provide basic building repair and maintenance support including, but not limited to, general mechanical repairs, painting, electrical, plumbing, customer requests, grounds, and the like utilizing the computerized maintenance management system.
Participate in hospital and departmental safety programs, education opportunities, and related training.
The ideal candidate possess the following :
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent required
1 Year Maintenance in commercial or industrial environment Required and
1 Year Healthcare environment Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
DL - Drivers License Upon Hire Required
CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training 60 Days upon hire Required
Proficient in the use of computerized systems for all aspects of job performance; ability to perform basic building maintenance functions to include painting and general repairs; working knowledge of basic hand/ power tool operation; the ability to recognize and solve practical problems or issues; ability to communicate maintenance problems to hospital departments and departmental supervisors; ability to work in extreme temperatures; ability to work unsupervised and in teams; excellent written, verbal, and listening skills; ability work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
