NURSE PRACTITIONER OPENING
Stephenville (Fort Worth), TEXAS
Texas Health Physicians Group is pleased to announce a Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist opening for a full-time opportunity in Stephenville, TX . Expand your career by working closely with a successful group of hospitalists evaluating, diagnosing and treating a variety of patients.
POSITION DETAILS:
Ø Assist Hospitalists with inpatient evaluations, H&P’s & follow-up visits.
Ø Initiate appropriate treatment & testing for medical illnesses.
Ø Complete history and physical examinations on all new admissions
Ø Round on rehabilitation patients including long term acute care patients
Ø Document using EMR system.
Ø Participate in continuous quality improvement processes.
IF YOU:
Ø Enjoy working Night Shift 7pm-7am
Ø Active listening, critical thinking, reading comprehension, effective communication, time management, judgement and decision making
Ø Texas licensed Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
Ø ACLS certification
Ø 2 years of NP or RN experience in ICU/CVICU required.

Master's Degree Nurse Practitioner Req
Experience
1 Year As a Nurse or Nurse Practitioner. Pref
Licenses and Certifications
NP - Nurse Practitioner Must maintain board certification as required for licensure. Upon Hire Req
