Lead Clinical Pharmacist

Texas Health Fort Worth Pharmacy department is looking for a top Lead Clinical Pharmacist. Is that you?

Work location: Texas Health Fort Worth 1301 Pennsylvania Ave TX 76104

Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours. 7:00 am - 3:30 pm OR 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm; Every 4th weekend, some holidays, some overnights; 3 shifts/week pulling shifts in operational area of focus (i.e. Inpatient Dispensing) and 2 shifts/week office days. On average, 80% day shift and 20% evenings.

Education

Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy Req Or

Other Pharm D Degree from U.S. - accredited College of Pharmacy Req And

Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Req

Experience

2 Years Experience as a hospital pharmacist with expertise or training in specialty area Req

Licenses and Certifications

PHAR - Pharmacist Upon Hire Req

Skills

must be proficient in written and verbal English language communication, computer proficient and basic math. Must have understanding of basic HR policies; Able to serve as a mentor and role model.
