Work location: Texas Health Fort Worth, 1301 Pennsylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104 / Justin Tower
Work environment: Neurosurgery Med Surg Unit
Work hours: Full-time, 36 hours weekly, 3-12 hours shifts, 7:00 pm- 7:00 am

Here’s What You Need
Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred
CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency (required)
Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire
Current BLS (required) – expiration date greater than 3 months preferred.
CPI training within 60 days of hire (may be required)
3 months clinical nursing experience and acceptance into a THR transitional program

BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req And
CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training 60 Days Req
