Registered Nurse (RN II) – Emergency Department

PRN – As Needed, Rotating

  • Work hours: PRN – As Needed; Rotating Midshifts 10:00 am – 10:00 pm, 12:00 pm – 12:00 am, or 3:00 pm – 3:00 am, Weekends and Holidays required

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Experience:

  • 1 year of experience as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency program required.

  • 2 years of recent ED experience highly preferred.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • RN – Registered Nurse upon hire required and

  • BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required and

  • ACLS – Advance Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of hire required and

  • CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 60 days of hire required and

  • PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 days of hired required and

  • TNCC – Trauma Nursing Core Course within 6 months of hire required.
