Work hours: Full Time, 40 Hours, Monday - Friday
Position Highlights:

Collaborate with leadership of Texas Health Friso and our partner, UT Southwestern, focusing on becoming a regional and national referral center

Here’s What You Need
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration or related field within 3 years required OR
Master’s Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration within 1 year required
Three years of healthcare marketing/communications, operations, administration, pharmaceutical or retail sales or related area w/Bachelor's degree required OR
One year of healthcare marketing/communications, operations, administration, pharmaceutical or retail sales or related area w/Master's degree required
Hospital or ASC background experience highly preferred
Five years of experience in healthcare sales preferred
What You Will Do
Actively develop/maintain relationships with key physicians on staff as well as their office staff to ensure loyalty and engagement with the entity
Responsible for forming, growing, and maintaining long-term partnerships with referring physicians, providers, office staff, community, and medical specialty groups with the intent to increase hospital utilization and loyalty through measurable relationships.
Plan and conduct in-person physician visits focused on key stakeholders to increase hospital utilization. The position will receive ongoing guidance from the Director of Business Development and hospital leadership on service line goals and productivity expectations.
Work in cooperation with system Internal Stakeholder Communications department and entity leadership to implement new communication strategies designed to effectively communicate prioritized messages to key physician groups.
Provide open communication with entity leadership to identify opportunities and communicate improvements to physicians and their office staff.
Actively monitor physician engagement and retention. Collaborate with leadership to develop physician engagement and communications plan to improve results of physician satisfaction
Plan/coordinates physician engagement and recognition events (ie Doctor’s Day, Networking Events, Office Manager Luncheons) as well as assists in orienting new physicians.
Prepare and present monthly reports, identifying trends, opportunities, and obstacles to the fulfillment of key clinical service lines goals and objectives.
Coordinate on an ongoing basis with Supervisor for product/service/physician/group/territory and retention plan management to objectives.
Provide input, analysis, market interpretation and physician feedback as needed and in the requested format.
