Work hours: Full Time – 40 Hours, 3rd Shift 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Plano is a 386-bed, Magnet-designated hospital and a recognized clinical leader, providing technologically advanced care to Plano, Frisco and surrounding communities since 1991. Bariatric Surgery program is a Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP)

Qualifications
Education
- H.S. Diploma or Equivalent required
Experience
3 Years experience in a commercial or industrial environment Required and
Hospital Maintenance experience helpful
Licenses and Certifications
DL - Drivers License Upon Hire Required And
Other Healthcare maintenance certification Upon Hire Preferred
Skills
Ability Proficient in the use of computerized systems for all aspects of job performance.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and utility systems
Mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
Ability to work effectively unsupervised and in teams
Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
Ability work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
Knowledge of Windows/PC helpful.
Position Responsibilities
Provide routine and specialized building repair and maintenance support for hospital, hospital equipment, and hospital properties utilizing the computerized maintenance management system.
Performs the duties of skill trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, general maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, and exterior maintenance as required.
Provide technical support and general guidance to facility staff in the repair and operation of facility equipment, components, utilities, and the like.
Participate in hospital and departmental safety programs, education opportunities, and related training.
