Texas Health Resources Registered Nurse (RN)—Cardiac Rehab--PRN in Plano, Texas

Our Cardiac Rehab is getting ready to expand and looking for someone to help us grow! We are in need of a PRN Registered Nurse to assist with us as we grow and remodel our current operating program. If that is you, we would love to have you join our family!

LOCATION : The address is 6200 W Parker Rd, Plano, TX 75093

SCHEDULE: PRN, as needed. Operating hours are Mon, Wed, Thurs 7A-530P. Tues/Friday 7A-Noon. No nights, weekends, or holidays!

  • Associate degree in Nursing required.

  • BSN preferred.

  • Other: CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Req


  • One year experience as a clinical nurse, or completion of an RN residency program.

  • Cardiac Rehab experience strongly preferred, but will consider one year in ED, ICU or Telemetry

  • Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire.


  • Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire

  • ACLS upon hire - expiration date greater than 3 months preferred

  • BLS upon hire - expiration date greater than 3 months preferred


  • Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process

  • Assesses the patient

  • Plans the care of the patient

  • Intervenes as appropriate

  • Evaluates the effectiveness of interventions

  • Incorporates age specific safety/infection control measures into patient care.

  • Initiates action to meet patient and/or significant others need for information

  • Maintains continuity of patient care inter-shift, inter-hospital, and while expediting out of hospital transfers.
