Texas Health Resources Registered Nurse II - THS in Stephenville, Texas

15K for Eligible New Hires with signed retention agreement.

Work Schedule

Shift is 7:00P – 7:00A, 36-hour work week w/ Rotating Weekends and Holidays

Our Med/surg unit is a cohesive team environment with nurses who improve the quality of care for General Medical and Surgical patients with the following illnesses: pneumonia, diabetes, cardiac chest pain, general surgery, appendectomy, bowel surgeries, ortho, hips and knees.

Qualifications (Hardcoded into OTAC)

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications

• Associate's Degree Nursing.

• Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred.

• 1 Year Experience as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency program required.

• TX RN or Compact RN license Upon Hire required.

• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire required

• CPI within 60 days required

• ACLS, PALS, TNCC and ENPC Preferred within 30 days of hire

• Effective in managing multiple acute chronic disease processes.

• 2+ years of RN experience in Med/Surg from an acute care setting preferred.

• CMSRN preferred
