Texas Health Resources PRN Manager Community Clinic-Corinth in United States

Texas Health Resources seeks to hire a PRN (as needed) Manager Community Clinic. The Community Clinic Manager is responsible for managing the daily administrative and technical support sections of the clinic in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards.

Salary range is Min. $23.58/hour to Max. $39.60/hour – based on relevant experience


Work Schedule

PRN as needed but should be able to provide at least 20 hours/week. Cliniics are open Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-8pm

Essential Functions

Effectively leads and develops a team of employees including hiring, training and development, salary recommendations, initiates process to terminate access when employees separate, etc. Responsible for employee performance management and setting individual goals as outlined in policies and procedures.

Manages operations to maximize patient satisfaction, patient access, maintenance of medical records, and customer service efforts. Supervises clinical and clerical staff to ensure adequate coverage for quality patient care.

Monitors staff’s time and attendance consistent with THR policies.

Monitors & provides recommendations for budget, goals, and objectives.

Assists leadership to develop and implement performance goals and objectives.

Coordinates scheduling of operations to ensure proper coverage of patient appointments.

Ensures work environment complies with regulatory, licensure, compliance and accreditation requirements by monitoring the work setting on an ongoing basis to identify deficiencies, risk, and opportunities for improvement.

Serves as the first point of contact for patient and external customer complaints. Responsible for investigating all complaints relating to operations and routes privacy and/or Compliance complaints/issues. Escalates reoccurring problems as needed.

Reports all confirmed or suspected privacy breaches, patient complaints regarding privacy to the Entity Safety Officer or Compliance in timely manner. Enforces and monitors corrective action plans. Performs other duties as assigned.


The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications


H.S. Diploma or equivalent required

Associate's Degree in Business, healthcare, hospitality or related field preferred


3 years progressive leadership responsibility in retail, hospitality, performance improvement organization or clinical setting required. Or, 5 years progressive leadership responsibility in retail, hospitality, performance improvement organization or clinical setting without Associates Degree required


Possesses a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism.

Proficient computer and EMR skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office suite applications such as Word and Excel.

Demonstrated business and analytic/financial skills.

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proven experience in a customer service environment.

Strong people management and development skills.

Ability to shape communications to the needs of the audience.

Knowledgeable of HIPAA, state and federal regulations governing confidentiality, release of information and record retention. Familiar with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) functionality, document imaging, and workflow.
