Texas Health Hospital Frisco seeks to hire a Program Manager, Operational Excellence to work full time in their Quality Management Department.

Salary range is Minimum $38.34/hr. to Maximum $58.28/hr. – based on relevant experience
Full Time; 1 st Shift
Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with flexibility to work alternate hours/days in order to meet business needs
Develops and implements Baldrige Excellence Framework to improve organizational performance and sustainable results in pursuit of Baldrige Award
Provides effective day-to-day project management of key RCB post-sustainment ongoing monitoring, moving this work through the project management life cycle to completion.
Develops and implements a strategy for Lean Daily Management program that promotes a culture of change and alignment with the hospital's Mission, Vision, Values and KPI's.
Applies specialized skill set for accelerated change and waste reduction, utilizing CAP/WorkOut, to accomplish entity goals around opportunities for improvement.
Acts as a mentor/partner with colleagues and entity leaders.
Utilizes key business skills to guide project leadership and team members in achieving the stated business objectives.
Guides project teams in Develops and executes work plans for strategic process redesign and performance.
Conducts performance improvement and process redesign projects using appropriate analytic and facilitation techniques as the situation requires.
Ensures projects have defined objectives and measurable outcomes associated with it.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Master's Degree Health Administration, Health Sciences, Nursing or related field required
5 years’ experience leading organizational change, project management, change management, performance/process improvement required
5 years healthcare experience preferred
Previous healthcare experience highly preferred
License and Certification:
SSLP - Six Sigma Lean Professional Lean, Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Required Upon Hire Or
CPHQ - Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality Required Upon Hire Or
PMP - Project Management Professional Certification Required Upon Hire
Demonstrate advanced leadership, communication, analytical and decision making skills on a consistent basis in order to effectively lead teams through the entire project life cycle.
Strong PC literacy with full suite Microsoft Office applications including Access.
Prefer experience with Crystal reports and database maintenance.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
